Please excuse the rambling, it's pretty late here. xD

Recently, I started working on completing some story related concepts again since I really really wanted to get something comic related out by this summer. Since there are a few moments of exposition or flashbacks, one of my friends suggested drawing some of these moments like storybook illustrations since they're based on events that took place LONG before the main plot began.

This piece in particular (which is the first of a set) is based on a conversation between two characters regarding the forced exile of Sirens from the mainland by humans & the eventual consequences of that.
