Description
I decided its high time I upload something right? I was messing around with the Therian forms and I thought that the head piece look interesting so I fitted it to Meloetta's head. And, whal-la(I don;t know how to spell that lol) new formI guess I should type it if I'm going to actually call it a form. How about Normal/Dragon
EDIT: I was tweaking the sprite and gave it an Effie Trinket inspired color
