Part 01: northwest - Entrance, dirty sandy floor and a ritual pit.
Part 02: northeast - the icy cellar underneath
Part 03: southwest - strange plants grow from a hole that goes deep down under the earth
Part 04: southeast - a castle yard with surrounding buildings

I haven't dared try either of the mega-dungeons, nor the combined one, but your ruined jail/prison map was perfect for an undead side quest.
