While I can understand that you have a preference for the 2003 series. Keep in mind that a concept like "Lady Legasus" where Raven's sexy legs are a superpower with this design and costume, would never fly in the 2003 as the entire concept of "Legasus" is inherently silly. And thus it only works in a parody spin-off.

It's impossible to know, because such a concept would've never made it into the 2003 TT series to begin with. The entire concept of Raven's sexy legs being a superpower is intentionally completely silly and tongue-in-cheek, and so it only works in a parody spin-off.

The 2003 TT did a few parody episodes, but they only spoofed pop-culture in general, like Star Wars, Star Trek and alike.
