The reason the blood is such a perfect color is because I used Dragons Blood ink which has some sort of real blood in it because it leaves behind iron when it dries....so it looks like real blood.

It didn't take long at all actually...like maybe 30 or 45 minutes. I just was excited to see how it was going to turn out so I was rushing it. I was surprised it turned out so well.
