Lightning ( Γclair Farron ) of Final Fantasy XIII.* Used a G-tech pen for the line-art-0.3
-Then oil pastel and faber-castell color pencils were used for the armor on her left hand, coat, cape, left hand, and belt.
-While her hair, skin color, eyes and sword were colored using faber-castell color pencils.
Faber-castell pencils are actually my cup of tea (I'm actually hoping to get a new set this holiday). It blends well with the oil pastel I'm using. But I guess it's can blend anywhere else. and Lightning's the perfect match for the color schemes too.

This is awesome! The line art is great while the colors compliment the whole picture drawing it together. The fact that this is traditional art is amazing. I love it.
A 0.3 pen is really fine tip. I rock a 0.5 pilot G-2. Never used faber-castell color pencils tho. Got a Derwent and Prismacolor set. Prismacolor is softer, I think, making it easier to blend.
