Happy birthday Nagisa!!
A little giftart based off her awesome pony collage that she did of herself
Decided to give her a Grand Galloping Gala dress, loosely inspired by her jacket and having a touch of Kirby (note the stars), since I know it's a series she digs alot.
EDIT: I'll have to add the checker pattern around the collar later. Nuts!
