My first thought was actually of Caduceus- that symbol with the two snakes and the rod and the wings and stuff! I kind of like to imagine that she lives/haunts in regret of a life she could not save, or something. That said, two secs on google says that Caduceus isn't actually supposed to be used to represent medicine but can actually symbolise the path to the underworld or something... I dunno, but the colours, textures, and potential symbolism here are super neat!

It's peaceful, yet eerie. One thing's for sure, it's amazing.
Maybe she was part of Medusa's family tree?
Or, maybe... Since snakes symbolize sin and the girl appears to be an angel, perhaps she faced them in a duel where she brought the sinning snakes to justice. This gave them peace, but at the cost of her own life and arms. Touched by her unselfishness, the snakes vowed to become her arms until she would be able to cross the borders between worlds and reattach her true arms to her spirit body.
Nah, the ghostΒ girl was probably chilling with the sneks until it actually got chilly and they climbed up her sleeves for warmth. Forests are freezing, even for ghosts. This has a winter-like vibe to it.
