Alright so I took a small Touhou Meme~I found it from ~the-saigyougi-girl who found it from ~ChemicalJericho who found it in a random tumbler

She does actually! These 1st 2 are translated and on the Touhou Wiki~
There's one called Futo-Chan Raper (Just as odd as it sounds) by Omchicken~
It's mostly about Futo, but Seiga trolls her gives her advice.
There's also Tayurayura by Blue~ It's about Yoshika being a servant to Seiga~
There are a few more on Danbooru. One of which, Solar Eclipse by Chado is partially translated; Violence Yuukarin-Survival Land Story (I think) by Matari Yufi is fully translated as is, but the whole thing isn't up yet.

I found it kind of funny, but overall I'd have to agree with you.
I like her depiction in Taurayura much more.
I think the erotic personality for her was just Omchicken's interpretation of Seiga.
I see her as more sinister as a whole, personally.

I guess so, I don't get why she is a sinister. To me she's just nice and sister-like. She can be up to no good, but how can trying to get immortal be a sin?

I can see that in terms of her relationship with Yoshika~
But for the sinister part, this is the way I see it -
Miko was original an advocate in Buddhism. Seiga taught her Taoism, Miko wanted to be immortal, she wound up in Gensokyo, Byakuren found out about her, the Myouren Temple was built on her Mausoleum (Due to Nazrin I believe, as it says in SoPP), they went to sleep, and then the storyline for Ten Desires began.
In my opinion, Seiga was the true orchestrator of everything that happened. Whether or not she intended for this to happen, this is why I view her as cunning and even a bit sinister. The immortal thing was just an after effect for me.

I wouldn't exactly say its Seiga's fault, since she did say if failed they will die. Soooo...Futo was the first. But aren't we all glad that its successful?

Solar Eclipse is primarily about Seiga wanting to return to the outside world. (I'm assuming this is Renko and Maribel's world too.)
In the beginning, she visits Miko, and Miko goes into a bit of a shock after hearing Seiga;s desire, which I think is the above one. Either that or she's plotting something else.
The whole think isn't translated, so there could be something more~
It may not sound so sinister, but if you read it you'll see that she does some other things that more than make up for it~
