This was made strictly for fun.
I wanted to photoshop the sketch and I love the outcome! 
the only problem- i don't know how to make it look like it is underwater.... ah well. i hope you guys like it. ^^

It looks nice even though it's not as underwater-y as you'd wanted it to be. I don't think you would have needed a blue overlay. I would have added bubbles coming from the character's open mouths.
