I started this back in December and then I stopped on it and decided to finish it today.A big majority of it was done in SAI and then I finished it up in Sketchbook Pro 6.
Steven Universe is probably my favorite cartoon on Cartoon Network right now. Β I can't wait till it comes back~

This is superb as usual!
I love how soft it all feels, but the edges remain crisp and the whole thing just looks great.
I always love the subtle backlighting and highlights you do too. c:
Speaking of subtlety, I really love the little bits of shading you did on the two characters where their gems are overlapped by their shirts.

I love and admire a lot of the lineless stuff you do, and your shading is always so nice, so I've been pushing myself to improve on that front recently.

Also, I do apologize that I haven't commented very much, as of late. I've just been a little busy, so my inbox tends to get swamped with deviations. lol
I do generally try to leave the more detailed comments for your bigger, personal images more often than the commissions (even if I'm a few weeks late to comment!), just because I know, from experience, that it's much nicer to get those comments on the stuff you do for yourself. c;

Oh my gosh you should really color like this more often it's really amazing and complements your style really well. 'u' It's like a really nice blend of looking painted yet still very crisp and cartoony.
This is amazing, SU is such an underrated show. I'm kinda tempted to buy a print of this, maybe after I buy a new tablet. idk this picture makes me really happy great job!
