Good:
COLOR SCHEME (I like red and yellow)
THEME (yay starcraft)

Bad:
COLOR SCHEME (needs to be brighter, gray doesn't look right, neither does green)

When you take graphics from games (I see this with fallout themes too) the interface is usually VERY unwieldy and HUGE, and usually its hard to get it to look right. I suggest if you're gonna rip the SC graphics, make them smaller and more compact. And dont do a gradient for the bottom bar, it looks bad. Rip some more graphics.
