Figured because my PM is almost done( ;-; ) I could do a critiqued work. Btw the chains were so frustrating to make DX

This art piece is pretty interesting to me. You did a fantastic job on the chains. Not only do they look pretty cool, but they really help set the atmosphere and the mood of the entire art piece. It makes things appear pretty dark the way you present it given the position of your character.
The theme all in itself looks pretty dire and it helps make an impact on the audience as your character looks hopeless attached to those streams. The character itself looks very well detailed anatomy-wise and all. His design looks original and fresh yet close enough to distinguish his species. I think there should be chains binding his fore legs (or arms) ,but i think you did a good job making your character interact with the environment around him.
There's not much else to talk about so i'll say that this is a pretty well drawn out art piece.
