I'd like to start by saying I absolutely love love love the design of Pluto. He's precious but for this piece in general there's a few things I want to tackle before getting to all the goodie doodie. Small things that have to do with his proportions, Like head to shoulder and such. It looks a bit off seeing such broad shoulders with a small head, and I think that just adjusting it would make it look a-okay considering that the torso and everything neck down is already of larger size. Not to put down the idea of a "style" doing that, but I wanted to point out it looked a bit funny. The hands themselves are actually GREAT, but a point on the fingers is how you made them get larger as you went on. You'd want to keep in mind that the index finger would (in most cases) be shorter than the middle finger. Aside from that I want to point out the amazing shading and texture work in the coloring, It really defines alot of the details like the fur of his ears and the smoothness of his sweater. If I were to give a word of advice for something like that it would be to use more colors and different hues to the shading and highlighting rather than just a darker saturation of that color; so the work doesn't look so flat. One more aspect I wanted to give word on was the line-art. While I love the color selection I can't tell whether you purposefully made the lines textured or if that was a result of erasing to make the lines thinner. If not on purpose, I believe most programs have a correction setting that you can turn on to help with line-art. Also, Try using more colors in your line-art! No one said all of it has to be a solid color! Hope all my doodle oodle helped, I really love everything I've seen on your page <3
