I mean, Rui doesn't mind having her shoe(s) taken off/stolen by someone. Tacomi is super casual with her footwear, as with the case of her 'children' and Hana. Chieko is foot shy from what I can remember, and while Tamika and Kamiko aren't opposed to walking without shoes, they don't take too kindly to actually losing them.
As for Mamoru's girls, I'm not too sure.

honestly the date was a very cute thing even tough they were both nervous about it, toss in some world tree magic and negi becoming a bit of a kiss monster (yeah somethign about the world tree, during the festival it has the ability to grant a certain love request like say a kiss, and takes control of the other person during this, forcing them onto their lover. though once every 22 years (and in fact this was the case during the festival in negima since surprise surprise it had been 22 years) the world tree's magic was kind of super charged and on the last day of the event if someone near the world tree confessed overlasting love towards someone then those two would end up staying together forever.
