you go it in one.. Yes , EVA foam.   made for people who do not wear or can not wear heavy things. My armour weighs  APPROX 35 kg.  so weight is not an issue for me  but i found many like the lightness of the EVA foam  ( after 5 hours i kinda like the lightness a little too .
