Description I am afraid of the unexplored
The mystery beyond the closed door
Who knows what there is in store?
For her, my soul, out was poured
In the hopes that she could cure
Me from my strife, and make me pure

Nothing and nothing more

yeah i know what you mean . . . for a more dramatic effect
but its there for the sake of rhyme and i figure that a smart individual like yourself can imagine that little pause without an extra line for that last word

i try for the dramatic effect but its best shown if you read it out loud to yourself
the spacing is something that i havent really given thought to thusfar

love blindly, and love and lose love to loss. the leap, a stone throw with fragile hearts made to be stones. But hearts, not being stones, rather break upon the window, than go through.

not only qouted, but i think it fitted the rhythm of the raven. iono, its been forever and a half since i last glanced at poe.
