Description If someone sends you a "Hacker Alert!" Type message, it's likely fake. If a real hacker had that kind of power why would they be messing around with stuff on DA?

Additionally, a tip for anti hacking:

Say someone threatens to delete a friends profile unless they delete yours. They are probably lying.

If they delete a profile you know to "prove it?" They are likely lying once more. Chances are they owned that profile that was deleted, and they are using a second profile to harass you. They delete heir own stuff to f$ck with you. Alternatively, another user deleted their own profile for whatever reason and the so called Hacker simply took credit for it to scare you.

Don't fall for their tricks. Simply change your password and block the "Hacker" attention seeker until they get bored.

Sorry if I sounded rude. I just noticed you tend to get a lot of those hacker messages in your journals, so I thought I could help out by pointing out possible tactics from fake hackers.

I'd recommended making a backup of your own. Like a second hidden profile in this case, and to save all the documents you made onto a hard rive just in case.

I understand. I've had trouble with computer hackers myself back in the day.
