I believe the easiest way to wake a sleeping Neptune would be to get a fan, and some warm pudding.
Or alternatively, some sort of incense that smells like pudding and use the fan to blow the scent into her room.
I'm sure it'll work like a charm, and if she asks about pudding... Well that's Nepgear's problem, not ours. :'P
Also, make sure to munch on some healing grass, that stuff works wonders.
