Usually Razor doesn't like to deal with her, so when he's in control he forces her to be dormant. When he feels like sustaining her as well, he lets her see thing through his eyes.

Dormant, Dormancy is a state of sleep. Sometimes the term is used for hibernating animals, like certain stages of insect pupea(larva) are "asleep" for a certain number of years. The 7 or 17 year cicadas are like that. Outbreaks of insects. I'm not a science wiz xD so I shouldn't pretend to be.
