A character of mine.

I'm gonna write a better bio for him later but for short:

Name: Teagan Bastian Quintrell, prefers to be called Bastian.
Age: 28 years
Occupation: A mage serving the same kingdom as Semira.

Personality: Even though his skin is pale and hair is white-grayish Bastian's personality is very warm, calm and friendly. However, he does have a sarcastic side too, he enjoys making sarcastic or witty remarks when other people are talking. Of course, he doesn't do this in the presence of the royal family, but he's not afraid of annoying the hell out of his superiors. Despite his bad habits no one hates him in the royal knights, they may tell him to shut up sometimes but would never think bad of him.

As stated above, Bastian is a mage serving in the kingdom's royal knights. His body is physically weak and he can't even run long distances without getting out of breath. His speciality as a mage is barriers and healing which he is very skilled in and his magical powers are strong. He uses books to store the magic spells formulas but needs no equipment when casting or healing.

Bastian used to be a slave in a completely other land but after some events Semira freed him and he decided to follow her. But saving him Semira was only able to cut the chain of the collar around his neck. The chains have some powerful magic spell cast on them and no one in the kingdom knows how to remove it without killing Bastian too. Bastian has accepted his current situation and does his best in the royal knights to pay back his debt to Semira for saving his life, but he also searches for a way to remove the rest of the chains by spending almost all his free time in the castle's library or talking with travellers. He is a walking encyclopedia after reading so many books.

I actually created this character's sketch already in last fall, but I didn't know what to do with it back then. Couple of months ago I decided to modify the sketch to represent a character from my story (the same story Apache, Semira and Chastel are in too) and called him Bastian as his "working name". I wanted to give him a longer name and when I finally thought "now he's gonna get a proper name!" I just couldn't let go of "Bastian"|D So that's why he's called Bastian instead of his first namexD
