This turned out wonderful! IM so happy i was able to see it from sketch to the end! I literally saw it all and it was so cool. I really like your workflow, its pleasing to watch you dont work on the same thing way too long so it never gets boring 
I love this pose of her walking swinging her hips a bit and the flow on her wings is just amazing! Her broken feathers and clothes add lot to the spoopy effect. I like that evil and nasty expression. She's so confident and dangerous. I wouldn't wanna get in her way xD nope.
The background is so awesome! these details on the ground are sooo amazing and that grass in the front gives suc nice field of depth. And that forest XoX omg it's so cool i really like how layered itlooks! its cool <3
That shiny maggot adds nice different light to the scene and i like how dimly it glows on barb too.
I gotta say i LOVE those claws so much <3
