I killed the bzr...now you need to download it from addons.mozilla.org and you can use 2.0beta2(newest) from the beta chanel

but it's called eFirefox

Hmmm. I think I've found a bug:

Notice the dark grey square beneath the Page button... I appears when a bar for password saving or similar pops out.

Seahorsepip In reply to uxlx [2010-11-09 20:50:52 +0000 UTC]

I tried to fix bug a bit...
heres the stylish code to keep it abit cleaner :
#page-button-border {
-moz-appearance: none !important;
border: 0 !important;
background: none !important;
width: 80px !important;
margin-bottom: 0px !important;
margin-top: 26px !important;
height: 1px !important;
min-height: 1px !important;
max-height: 1px !important;
margin-left: -75px !important;
background: #a0a0a0 !important;
}
#page-button {
margin-bottom: -2px !important;
}
#page-button > image {
margin-top: 0px !important;
margin-bottom: 0px !important;
}

I hope it works!

I will try to fix it soon and also busy with combined back & forward and yes the use still gtk for the button drwaing

gummybelly [2010-11-04 12:07:23 +0000 UTC]

The theme is great, but the buttons don't have a "pressed" state, which is a bit annoying.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Seahorsepip In reply to gummybelly [2010-11-04 15:23:18 +0000 UTC]

try 3.0

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

gummybelly In reply to Seahorsepip [2010-11-05 03:05:08 +0000 UTC]

I am using 3.0, but no pressed buttons. Maybe because I didn't use the script included?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Seahorsepip In reply to gummybelly [2010-11-05 06:08:13 +0000 UTC]

only nav is pressed....
at 4.0 all buttons have pressed state
because 4.0 uses buttons from gtk

One more thing I noticed (it's probably a bug). When a page is too big for the browser window, the window lacks the down (left-right) scrollbar. Check this out

Seahorsepip In reply to uxlx [2010-11-01 14:15:01 +0000 UTC]

It's bug of mozilla itself...has nonthing to do with addon

Nothing works with the latest update When I update to the latest version from bzr and restart FF everything stays the same, like nothing was even installed. All stylish scripts are disabled...

Aaron-A-Arts [2010-10-17 08:49:03 +0000 UTC]

this is insanely perfect!
how do i get the tabs on top version? i see it disables theme selection...
also, i doubt i'll ever need to uninstall it, but whats the procedure for that?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Seahorsepip In reply to Aaron-A-Arts [2010-10-17 08:58:08 +0000 UTC]

I lost 2.1 version....
you can try 3.0
or even better bzr version:

sudo apt-get install bzr ; bzr branch lp:~seahorsepip/+junk/FFE && firefox /home/*/FFE/FFE.xpi

just put above code in terminal and press some times enter

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Aaron-A-Arts In reply to Seahorsepip [2010-10-17 09:13:36 +0000 UTC]

nice. thank you for your work.
i'm still kind of a linux newbie. i can cd and execute a command but thats about it lol

this worked.. i had to watch the terminal errors, and remove a few old directories from 2.1, but everything seems to be in order now

Aaron-A-Arts In reply to Seahorsepip [2010-10-18 07:21:25 +0000 UTC]

the page loading thing on the url box could use some improvement. if its possible to render a nice transparent blue bar with an embedded look that would be amazing

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Seahorsepip In reply to Aaron-A-Arts [2010-10-18 13:26:14 +0000 UTC]

could you do a mockup of that?, that would make it more clear of what you got in mind
