Hmm...How do I explain this one?
Well, I'm certainly a history buff, but I also enjoy adding fictional elements to it in the story I'm currently working on.
I normally do drawings related to the story in chronological order, but I can't help but be enticed to draw the other random conceptual scenes that I come up with.
About the drawing itself:
Somewhere in the Siberian Taiga.
The gun held by the guard on the left is a PPSH41 "Пистолет-пулемёт Шпагина" (WWII submachine gun).
The gun held by the Fox on the right (Tom) is an elaborately decorated Ottoman Musket from the late 1700s.
You probably either failed 7th grade history, or are a filthy kulak pig if you don't know who the person on the far end of the table is.
I'll leave what's actually happening in the picture up to speculation for now.

why does the Fox have such an old rifle? wouldn't he have a Mosin-Nagant or something? why is that?

I'll reveal some of the storyline in saying that they're outside of a stronghold in a very remote part of Siberia that has existed for centuries.
They haven't exactly had an abundance of outside interactions, so most of the technology they've accumulated is very old; in this case rifles that found their way there probably sometime after the Russo-Turkish war.
Having the rifle in this case is really more ceremonious than anything.
