This is a dragon torturing a figure that turned out to be human. It's not finished, and one day I'll work more on it. But it's fun.
Sometime, I'll work more on dragons with different perspective to side on (which reminds me od something a while ago AJ asked me for... Doh)
So yea, bit of fun.
Dunno why he's chained back (chains aren't finished, but he's got a bit of a harness). I guess it makes the torture slower, or allows the executioners to control the dragon? *shrug* I just felt like chaining him.
