Description This is just something i was mucking around with in English... yea, I'm a student. And i don't pay attention half the time. It takes a whole lesson to draw a complete knot, and this is one. I'm going to computerise this one sometime, that'll make it look heaps neater and stand out more. keep an eye out, if you're interested.

Yea, this isn't strictly speaking a Celtic knot. It's got other symbols and shapes I've picked up here and there. My art is tending to get more like that now, as I try to find something to make my drawing more unique.

ONCE AGAIN I'M THE ONLY FRIGGIN' ONE TO COMMENT! This is amazing, simple again, yet so complex....Celtic and more symbology..It's right out of ANGELS and DEMONS(a book by Dan Brown, if you've never heard of it)! As for uniqueness, it sure does stand out...It's amazing how our minds enjoy simple intertwining designs so much. I know a bit about symbology, but I can't place any of the symbols (except the charmed[witches, I beleive...] symbol), could you list and explain them? I'm just curious...

I know what you mean, I'm a student too, and in 5th-8th grades I would never really pay too much attention, I would just sit back and draw (except when I knew I needed to learn something I didn't know yet). My brain somehow adapted and I could listen while drawing(or rather: draw, listen, draw, listen, draw...etc.)

atually, this one doesn't have any symbolism or meaning. the trefoil (three-looped knot) is a simple one that i've changed slightly. The hook at the bottom is just a common surfie thing you see around. New Zealand... traditional.. carved bone... (i'm having a mental block on it's name and the spelling of mauri, etc, sorry)
umm... I think the other bit... more angled... well, it's just that. it' a bit like a sword hilt, kinda medieval, but really it just looks good.
the main reason i like it is because it's simple, different, and kinda refletive of me. *shrug*
and the name is random.
