Description
There's a meaning behind this but since I'm too lazy to type it all up, why don't you comment and give me your take on the meaning? That will be very interesting to me.I did this a long time ago (1 1/2 or 2 years ago) but have always been too lazy to submit it.

I really like this one. I don't know why but I keep getting a mental image of a less scary Audrey II.
I typically kill plants (not for fun) but given this one's home, I might be able to keep it around.

Also would like to add that I think the background actually adds the picture. Its shaded quite well, sometimes simple's the best way to go, and this is one of the cases.

I think the background looks a little flat, given the fact that it's bricks; I have no idea if this is stylistic or not, but you might want to shade a little deeper below each brick (both on the brick itself and the ... agh I forget what the white stuff is called x_x). It's really good, otherwise 8D I really like the concept. 83

Mortar? I was kind of playing around with the background. I'm not really good at backgrounds in general cause I'm always too lazy to attempt any. You make some very good points and I wish I had the help when I was painting it! haha But since it's oil paints I could perhaps paint over when I have the time. I'm not exactly sure if I can though because it's a little old...And definitely always hated the garbage but I'm not sure how to make garbage look good. :/

YEAH, the mortar! XD I'm totally with you on the backgrounds, though; I don't think a single picture in my gallery has a background because I have no practice with them so yeah.. a little behind. @_@
