another one of the Winter 2006 paintings.

Sometimes, in motions of peaceful attitude, the underlying waves of the mind reveal themselves in visual lines—weaving in and out, creating circles around which our presence focus and are flung back out, like a string on a twirling core of verses.

this one is around 7 ft long, I think. One of the big ones, anyway.

influences here: a bit more motherwell than my other stuff, which can tend more towards rothko sometimes. but I like this piece.
