Personality: A bouncy young dragon, Algarum has always had a fascination with sculpting wood and other materials into dragons. At first they were very rough, unrealistic sculptures, but they gradually grew to become smoother and more dragon-esque, and the current artist, his mentor, took him under her 'wing' (hahahahahahaIsuck) and taught him new techniques, how to sculpt other things than dragons, and other mediums of art. He's very creative and patient, but gets discouraged when his sculptures don't turn out and sometimes doesn't feel motivated for hours or days afterward. He never shows his discouragement and talks to let out his feelings.
History: Algarum was born into a family of middling regard, and he grew up as thus. Since ReefWings rely on body temperature to survive, Algarum was naturally at a disadvantage at birth. He is very susceptible to fever and feels comfortable only when close to a cold Wellness Pool. He has been known to walk the beach for inspiration, claiming it is unpredictable and anything can happen. He knows many, many dragons due to his outgoing nature. At around the age of three, he was apprenticed by an artist named Fluctus. He looks up to her and admires her in many ways.
Fun Facts:
- Loves wood. Especially driftwood of grayish tones.
- He keeps a stash of wooden sculptures and jewelry.
- Very chubby, but not necessarily unfit.
- He knows how to play drums.
- Often gets tricked into making sculptures for others.
