Now. They both original names are Error 0032 and Virus 0033. Uranus and Neptune are nicknames and used as names in their feral forms.

They are not humans, neither werewolves.
You can call them aliens, or androids from future, but they
are not "born" in this world. Or, at least, not at this planet.

They both kind of brothers. Well, in some biological form they are.

Their creator is unknown.

If Virus 0033 haves psychological problems doesn't means he is insane [though he can looks like one in some situations so its fine drawing him like that but only sometimes]. He can feel joy and happyness as any other from his kind. Same with Error 0032, he is an optimist but its doesn't mean he cant be sad or having depressions.
