This is a very great job!
I really like the colours and the contrast of the dark reds with the cool white, I guess it stands out a lot!
The best thing is the different levels of the letters, with all the overlapping of different elements, it looks very complicated and so many compliments for making it work! The shades are very well done, so it's easy to understand what is over and what under. The white "breaks" in the letters and the tridimensional ending below make it feel very complete and well-balanced too. I think it's very difficult in graffiti to know when it's too less and too much, but I think you nailed it here.
I also like the contrast of the sharp words with the fluffy cat, but I also think it's the part where you need to improve the most. I think it may need a bit more simmetry on the head (the eyes and ears mostly), and maybe I would have liked to see a bit more texture for the fur (even if it's already pretty good). I also like the spiral tail!
So all in all, I think it came out pretty well!

I like it. The color contrast is nice, and really brings out the definition in the graffiti. Did you do the actual painting on the wall? I'm curious because that is also very good. I've always liked wall art, because the shapes and wording always catch my eye. Other than that I still have to say that I like this photo. Top notch editing job from what I can tell, and like I said the color contrast is badass.

The photograph itself looks very nice how you have the background as black and white with the focus of the image being in color. It pops out well against other deviant's work, in fact that's how I noticed it! Unfortunately I don't see any meaning of it, to me it looks like someone's just came and tagged a wall, if there's any meaning, could you reply telling me what it is.

The meaning of it is the same like in all other graffiti pieces around the world. "I'm alive and I was here at this spot! You do all that boring stuff, I paint walls and got a lot of style, remember my fuckin' name!" Something like that...
