ZigZag colored. Wow, I'm actually surprised at how well it turned out (it looks good to me damnit!). I just took what I've been learning over the last few years: multiplying line art, flats, fill adjust as opposed to using the burn tool, tweaking layers and playing around with layer effects etc.I wanted to keep the colors mute and desaturated. I'ma black and white str8 pencils kinda guy, but I also wanted to play around with actually coloring some of my stuff, so I'm kinda diggin the "washed" out, muted colors as opposed to the vibrant and bright colors.
Anywho, I'm excited to see what I can come up with next! Next time I'll actually take my time with the actual coloring/shading process. I rushed this time...like I tend to always do, eh oh well.

I. Am in love. With those harsh, sharp edges. Fantastic pose, also. This really did turn out well!! Your work is so angular, yet fluid!!

Thanks milady! I'm still trying to find my "style". I'm 26 and I'm still looking for a solid way to go about drawing, sketching, shading, and most definitely coloring. I realized that I like the realistic smooth shapes of a person's anatomy, but I feel that I'd have more freedom with drawing with a slightly exaggerated style.
I recently ran across some of Joongmin Park's stuff last week and the guy has some absolutely fantastic works, but one picture in particular that he drew reminded me of the FF aeon Ifrit, but the pose, muscles, and anatomy were slightly exaggerated, but they were incredibly well done.

You really already have your own, unique style going. I mean I've never run into one quite like yours and it looks amazing as it is. All you can do is keep practicing and improving even more, though, so keep at it! I don't think anyone is FULLY comfortable in their own style. But yeah... I love the exaggerations in your stuff. It's very rigid, but also very fluid. It works very well.
I'll have to look into his stuff.
