I noticed that despite having a good rouges gallery, not many of them were en-humans, so I decided to come up with some new en-human villains for the Sentinel Corps to tangle with from time to time. So far, I've come up with at least four ideas, whether they were work out or not, we'll see, but for now, let's start with the first newcomer. This is Dylan Reed, your typical, run of the mill, street criminal, with a rap sheet consisting of armed robbery, purse snatching, carjacking, etc. However, that all changed when he snuck into the NextGen Expo and was exposed to the en-human gas during the Catalyst Incident, turning him into an en-human. Now, he has the ability breath fire, using two large glands that formed in his mouth, each secreting a chemical that when mixed together and exposed to air, create hellish stream of natural napalm. With this new power, Dylan now felt that he could move up in the criminal world, and could do whatever he wanted, and if anyone had a problem with it, he'd burn them to a crisp. As an added bonus, he even decided to give himself a new street name, "Dragon", a simple, but apt choice.
