Looking at it for some time, it looks like someplaces there is a little bit more of magenta and sometimes a little more of cyan or green, and some subtle blurr (maybe you're partially imitating red-blue 3D) ?.
I suppose I should check the video - I will- but I rarely go to see video tutorials because I don't understand spoken English as well as written English, (not to talk about the hilarious subtitles of youtube).

Yes it's like stereo 3d effect, but i don't show how to do it it this video. I make another one to show it.
About subtitles, i write in bottom of video some text

He does not speak in his videos. Instead he gives subtitle ( text) himself in the video. So you don't have to worry about spoken English or youtube subtitles.

It might be a compression problem, the way he saved the file. If not you can find tutorials on youtube for 3d effect. It's not that hard to make

Agreed, there must be something special for this image on DA, the video worthed viewing.
Learning 3D is very tempting, although i've heard a lot of crazy things about it (like poeple crying of joy when they finish a cube >>" or others toying with intricate equations and...)

Спасибо) На самом деле не так все сложно, самое сложное начать пробовать)
Строил домик примерно 40 минут и рисовал в цвете примерно час.
Но в реальности на более сложные домики уходит примерно 2 дня

Для меня это пока немыслимые скорости)) Особенно с такой проработкой. Но пробовать действительно надо. Вот видео поизучаю поподробнее))
