Another of my pro marker colourings
Penny from RWBY this time.
I'm aware some of the colours are off.
A mix of bad memory, and limited markers at the time I did the bow
And Penny's "dress" is the weirdest shade of grey. It's a mid tone grey, with a hint of dark pastel green.
