*This is not a shipping picture I swear. They're shaking hands...*Okay, so this was done for an art challenge, ( NEW CHARACTER ART CHALLENGE!)
And I thought it'd be fun to do it!
The idea behind this artwork is that eventually there becomes a peace between the dragon and pony races. To commemorate this event, a stained glass window was designed for it. Princess Ember, now being The Dragon Lord, would most likely be seen as the main one initiating it. Though spike would certainly be a big help as well. This is just depicting another possible event in Equestria's history!

Excellent work on this piece. It does its job perfectly in showing the concept of the peace being made between both species being so impactful that a stain-glass window was erected to celebrate the union.
I really like the choice of colors for the background, and how well it contrasts with the rather vibrant colors of the main characters in the frame. The warmth of the background is complimented well to the cooler colors of the characters (garble being an obvious exception).
One thing I will say that I feel could have used work would be the dragons themselves. While Twilight looks perfect for the style ponies use in their stain glass, I feel the dragons are represented far too accurately rather than having a semblance of abstractness to them that is reminiscent in the style of stain glass.
Other than that piece of constructive criticism, I'd say the rest of this is very well done and has a great vision to it. A perfect addition to the contest.

Oh! This is such a nice entry! I love the stain glass look, the way you've drawn Ember, how she's helping to instigate peace between the two species! It all looks so nice and so well drawn! I wish you the best of luck in the contest
