Just doodling with the wacom...One of my favorites games, SOTC is beautiful, one of the best games created for PS2.
This one is just a speedcolor practice, about 35 min. with Photoshop CS3.

you definitely get the feeling of what this game is about with this pic. Everything about this almost drives me speechless, especially the lighting. To me, the eyes almost appear to be judging Wander, like they know what he's done but that's just me talking like a nutcase XD i can't belive you did this in only 35 minutes, it would take me at least an hour to produce something like this

I totally agree with you. A rather under-appreciated game.
Grand-Scale the likes of which I haven't really seen before or since. Great Detail.
And the the best part:... the feeling of satisfaction you get from that FINAL shot that kills something 1,000 times your size. All by using just a sword, a bow, a horse, and a mountain of guts and grit.

This is amazing, too bad there wasn't a colossus in a dark cave or something where you could just walk in and not notice it at first, then when you get far enough in, the colossus awakens and the only thing you can see is it's eyes.
That would be epic, like this pic. I'm definitely adding this to my favorites.

Oh wow, I love this! Not only does it almost look like a movie poster, but it really captures the "Oshi-!" moment one might have playing for the first time. Seriously, I almost jumped out of my seat when I found my first colossus; those things are friggin' HUGE!
