Yes, it is ghost rider...DRAGONIFIED!!!! KICK ASS!!! I may not have done the best job on the skeleton, but hey, I tried.

wow thats very well done!! i love the way youve drawn the position and the fire flaming off of him in all directions!! and the bones are very well done you have each one in its right place and given them nice shading
the dragon is perfect but i think you should take moar tyme over the background it looks a little too flat and i can see your pencil strokes whch makes it look too plane and rushed
