Description
The Bird: transcendence; the soul; the spirit; spirits of the dead; ability to communicate with the gods or to enter a higher state of consciousness.
The Circle and Color have meaning as well but I do not want to give too much away.

Nice recent artworks (I looked at all five). I was going to say this was yet another one of your "soulful, spiritual birds" when I saw the thumbnail, but then saw your description! Yes, your message of "transcendence; the soul; the spirit" definitely comes across.
The white circle represents a sort of purity for me, and is mirrored in the eye as well.

It is there, not to push the viewer towards the intended meaning, merely just to provide some insight to some of the symbolism going on in artwork.

I like how the lighter, warmer colours emphasize the bird, and how the other circle draws your eye downward to the darker corner, creating a sort of gravity to the pice. It's an awesome use of the tall format!

Thank you so much! I used warmer colors purposefully to emphasize the bird. The circle drawing the eye to the rest of the piece was a bit of coincidence. I chose that size and placement because it felt and looked right. Probably why it works

The colours have such a wonderful texture and change to them. I find this piece very interesting, simply from the change of atmosphere I get from looking at this piece in the smaller view versus the larger view. As a complete whole, I find the piece to have a very tranquil, wise feel to it. Up close, the shine on the bird's eye almost gives him a darker air. There's a unique contrast. Love it.

Seems to me that the white circle represents the moon and the 'clear' one represents the earth.
Which leads me to the conclusion that the spirits of the dead, and those who have passed on, go to the moon.
