Picked up Splatoon: Global Test Fire a few days ago, and love playing it. Did a sketch of fox as one of the Splatoon warriors.Related content

Me: You go to the right and I go to the left and if we found him, we spray aqua green at Fox!
Mario: Good idea! Let's split up! *goes to the right*
Me: *goes to the left* Hmm. I wonder where he left to.
Fox: *hides in the tree and breaks a twig* Uh, Oh! I'm Busted!!
Me: *looks at the tree* AHA!! FOUND YOU BUSHY TAIL!! *starts shooting ink at Fox*
Fox: *fells from the tree and lands on the floor* AHHHH!!!! I'M COVERED IN AQUA GREEN INK!!!! *looks at me*
Announcer: Aqua Green Team Wins!!
Audience: *Clapping and Cheering*
Mario: *runs at me* We Did It!! We Won!!
Me: Yay!! We Beat Orange Team!!
Fox: Alright! (2x) You guys won!
Falco: Dang It!! Fox!! We Lost!! Phooey!! Maybe next time!

Starfox has a deep fanbase, so it makes sense that nintendo pours time into expanding the games.

That's for sure. With Zelda being delayed for next year, this puts Starfox in a better position and won't be pressured by Zelda. Do you see Starfox Wii U getting its own Amiibo lineup? Because I do especially since Miyamoto confirmed it.

As long as the game isn't released within the same month, there shouldn't be any pressure. I can see a lineup with at least the star fox team and star wolf, if he's even in the game.

For Star Wolf, I'm sure they'll be in it especially since they were in the tech demo from last year's E3. As for release, I don't think we'll have to worry about it. Besides, for the Amiibo lineup for it, I can see them getting 6 figurines for it at least which can be Fox, Falco, Krystal, Peppy, Slippy and Wolf. What do you think?

Star Wolf has been a staple for most of the Star Fox games. He was placed in SSBB, and has his own popularity...so I can see him have their own Amiibo. I think the 6 are fine, maybe replace fox because he already has one available in stores. Maybe give the 6th spot to a boss?

They can just place Fox again as a new version of the Amiibo like what they did with Mario since there are 2 versions of him. As for Wolf, yeah I can see him coming back for SSB4 especially since the series is going to become notable and relevant once again this year. Wow, Nintendo's Digital Event is drawing closer and I can't wait to hear more on SF Wii U.
