I'm not sure why my comment didn't post when I first faved your pic. 
This is truly outstanding--the weary eyes and thousand-yard stares of these combat veterans, the brooding atmosphere created by the dark colors and dim lighting, the attention to detail by placing O'Brien in the old uniform (which I hadn't even realized he would've been wearing until your picture prompted me to do some research to find out) are all outstanding.
But I must especially commend you for capturing O'Brien's likeness so well. For some reason, his is one of those faces that a lot of people seem to find difficult (Kirk being the other Trek face most people don't get right).

The marengo uniform is used 'cause the writer of the fanfic told me that O'Brien was wearing it in this part of the story, but I don't remember any episode where he wear it.
