OMG I DID IT!!!!!!!I am soooo happy!!!!! REALLY!!!!
First I just wanted to "try" sth and THIS s the result XD I just wanted to try some moves and such in animation..... but after I felt in love with the first sketches, I thought "why not?"
So I started to but all my motivation into every little layer, tried a lot of things... made lots of sketches, lots of... shit XD
and now, finaly! After weeks, I finished it! Sure, it's not that perfect and there are some mistakes, but I love it
I will use this little animation for sth special, thats why the end of the gif is this... cut.... but I will not tell you what this wil be
The original file is muuuuuch bigger, but I had to reduce the size so my photoshop is able to write a .gif out of it... and.... well... now I hope deviantart will be able to display it XD
This is an animation of my Digimon OCs Shizora and Yunomon. You see all stages of Yunomon: Yunomon (Rookie), Kifumon (adult), Thafaimon (Ultimate) and Aisomon (Mega). They are the warriors of loyalty and the main characters of my own digimon story I am workin on, Digimon Code:Zero.
I want to make a comic out of it and already started with the first chapter
I hope it wont take thaaat long till I finish the first chapter....(But because of Assassins Creed Unity will be released in two days, I think it WILL take veeeery long till I finish ist XD)

ich fänds auch cool, nur ich brauch für eins soooooooo extrem lange.... und das zweite an dem ich grad sitze ..... hab ich shcon seit wochen nich mehr angepackt XD deshalb... gehe ich davon aus dass ich entweder jaaaahre brauche umdie alle zusammen zu haben oder ich kriegs nich hin XD
kannst mir schon glauben wenn ich sag da sind fehler drin XD damit meine ich aber hauptsächlich nicht die bewegung ansich XD

Naja aber zum Bespiel den Hintergrund hast du ja schon den kannst du ja einfach reinkopieren nur halt die Farbe ändern o: asoo ne du hast bei jedem charakter einen anderen Hintergrund :/ du machst dir selbst das leben schwer xDDD Nja und sonst würd ich auch nicht alles neu zeichnen sondern die Digimon die eh schon in die <--- Richtung sehen reinkopieren und die anderen horizontal spiegeln xD und den Rest joah... XD Ich kann mir ur nicht vorstellen wie schwer das mit der Bewegung vom Menschen ist x.x Also ich hab bei einer Animation 4 Wutanfälle bekommen xD Jetzt reichts mir mal für ne lange Zeit xD

ja genau da is das problem, die menschenbewegung. die dauert am längsten und is am kompliziertesten. aber ich brauch trotzdem sehr lange, selbst wenn ich recycle. dieses hier besteht aus 40 frames und ich hab für ein frame ca 1 tag gebraucht... und mit pausen dazwischen hab ich hierfür 2 monate gebraucht, zu einer zeit wo ich allgemein nich soooo viel anderes zu tun hatte.... was relativ selten vorkommt.... alsooooo....joa.... XD

Wahnsinn... ich würd dich ja aufmuntern und sagen man wird jedes mal schneller und besser xD aber statt 2 monate nur 1 und einen halben zu brauchen ist auch nicht sooo motivierend :/ naja was ich noch wissen wollte ob du eine code zero gruppe machen wirst?n

Ja dass man schneller wird hoffe ich ja XD und ich übe so Animationen auch immernoch. Nur hab ich auch nich das optimalste Programm dafür XD. Ich hab eben "nur" photoshop Elements 11 XD (auch wenn ich mir überlege die Creative clouds von Adobe zu holen... Als Student is die nich so teuer.... Aber immernoch teuer....
So weit bin ich noch nicht XD ich will erstma gucken wie groß mein Durchhaltevermögen is und wie schnell ich so bin... Und ich will auch eig meinen digimon Krams von meinen anderen Sachen trennen, ansonsten gehen die unter... Weshalb ich überlege nen eigenen Account dafür zu machen sobald ich so weit bin... Das wird aber dauern bis ich so weit bin XD

I needed to put it on hiatus for the whole last 2-3 months... because of university stuff.... university has priority....
and other drawing stuff like a cover commission and such....
and I am still practising with the new programm and how I "color" my characters in comic-style....
so yeees.... I am stuck on page 4 for 3 months now...

Very nice; smooth and well put together. Looks like it could come straight out of an opening.
What program(s) did you use to make this? I've tried my hand at animation once or twice but keep overcomplicating stuff. :S

well, I just used Photoshop... photoshop elements 11 XD
I tried a lot of animations before I did this one. The first "human parts" looked very weird XD because I dunno have a lot of knowlegde about movements XD but then I recorded myself making nearly the same moves and used this as my reference.... and needed around 10 days to make the sketch for the human XD (and know I have enough of watching myself moving 
I splitted the whole thing into different parts, first the crest, then human, rookie, adult, ultimate, mega.... made the layers for their own an then I fuised them.... well..... nothing really special XD but it tooked around..... 2 months? XD
