This is definitely the most awe-inspiring Cthulhu I have ever seen, and a wonderful piece altogether. I love the way you've drawn the ocean, and particularly how the Cthulhu sits in it. It has real depth and enormity, and it belongs there. I think the only thing you could really improve with this is to perhaps make the creature seem a little less rough or bubbly in the details. That and redo the whole image as a background >_>

I really like your interpretation of Cthulhu. The long, lanky body is a great contrast to the normally chunky cosmic terror. The fin on its head is awesome, as well as the facial features and tentacles. Everything else is fantastic too; the sea, overcast sky and solitary boat, whose crew is probably oblivious to the mind-rending horror beneath them. I like to imagine that, at least. But, the painting makes me imagine all sorts of things; and for that I thank you.
