100 themes challenge #34 StarsI haven't drawn any Sonic/Shadow fanart since...ages...adn...that's what got me started in art. good times...good times...
The stars shone from a velvet sky, their lambent glow only lessened by that of the moon. I stood at teh great window over looking it all: the moon, the stars, the comets--celestial bodies which lay slumbering about me in the depths of space--and the Earth. I paused to gaze at the glowing planet, watching as storms swirled about its surface in boiling white clouds which glazed royal blue oceans. It was all too beautiful to appreciate from here.
"Maria..." a voice murmured. I continued to gaze longingly out over space even as I saw teh reflection of a black hedgehog creep closer. At the last moment I turned and mirrored his smile though my eyes betrayed my real emotions. He tilted his spiked head and whispered in his velvet voice, "One day we'll go to the Earth together."

I looked at a tutorial but it's basically using the burn and dodge tools in the leaf shape, then going to the menu and finding a spherize function. It's uber easy.
