Description
I was making this while trying to imitate an effect from TouHou Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. But I could not for the life of me figure it out perfectly. (The friggin' thing animates way too fast in the game...) So I made this. It's a mixture of effects I made and of some effects from the game ripped by DarkOverlord. I also added in some of my personal tastes in effects to this -FT- So give credit to us and stuff.Related content
