A quick tutorial that was requested for.
For this I've used one of the shirts that I've made that is already uploaded onto the site VirtualPopstar.

Includes colour key as well as clear steps of what I did.
1: Draw up your outline. Remember to keep it 1pxl wide.
2: Colour in with base colour
3: Do the main shading. Mostly around the breasts and on stomach.
4: Use shade 2 to just add a bit of shading within the shading to make it darker in areas where it should be.
5: Highlight.

tutorial is able to be made in any drawing program. I made mine in Photoshop CS4, but you can use it within paint etc.
