So I guess this is sort of an icewing... I saw some other drawings of icewings and really wanted to try doing the spiky design on the neck and I absolutely love how it looks XD I like the colors too... I wanted to get rid of the black lines to see if it looked better, so that took a looooong time, but I think it was worth it!Hope you like him!
