Easy & free!
Made this so people can stop putting up with copyright violations & stolen AMVs via sites like keepvid. And to have better quality then Youtube's conversions (they keep killin' my videos!) that and a few people have asked how I do it.
And to avoid the devastation of having one's youtube account deleted
These are the exact steps I take for each video, It's not as hard as it looks. The longest parts are A: the conversion (depends on video size/length) and B: the upload.

NOTES
1: I reccomend Boxstr because it uploads better (I've had trouble with fileden, where files won't play fully and get corrupted)

2: By hosting your own videos, they also can't be ripped or stolen (only those who have the link from Boxstr can download your video) plus you get to choose the quality & preview image
