Contrary was a commander of the 1018th legion and would later become commander of the 55th Invert Battalion, which he led alongside Commander Azazel.
Contrary was always a dedicated clone who always sought to overcome his own limitations and become one of the best soldiers in the entire 1018th legion , even when he became commander of the 55th battalion , he forced his men to undergo rigorous and tough training , that is with the goal of making the men of the 55th battalion the strongest and most skillful men of the 1018th legion.

During the events of Order 66, Contrary as well as the 55th battalion would be sent to the planet Ortinaac, to attack a Jedi Academy located there and execute all the Jedi present there and then take control of the Academy. This would be a difficult mission that would cause the death of many soldiers, but in the end the 55th battalion would manage to take control of the academy and eliminate all the jedi.
After that mission, Contrary would devote much of his time to hunting down his old friend Azazel, since he had disobeyed the order 66 and betrayed the clone army. He would also hunt down the Gremory squad , a clone squad that had once belonged to the 1018th legion , but which had now become traitors after disobeying Order 66 .
