A new costume appears! This is a picture from Japan Expo last week

For as far as I remember I love birds, especially birds of prey, so I was very happy to see that one of the starters for Pokemon Sun and Moon will be an owl!

I designed a cute gijinka based on this Pokemon : I wanted it to be simple and comfortable yet cute and recognizable. The bow tie helps a lot! I made a big bow tie, a very classic top, puffy short pants to remind the owl's shape, and the cape has a wing pattern, all with Rowlet's colors. I also added yellow tights
